Hello
On Being Born Again
Being born again doesn’t always come with fanfare. Sometimes, it happens quietly—after a heartbreak, a breakdown, or a moment so still you almost don’t notice the shift. But something inside you changes. Cracks open. Begins again.
It’s not about becoming someone entirely new. It’s about returning to yourself, but wiser. Softer in the right places, stronger in the others. It’s the moment you stop clinging to what broke you and start reaching for what heals you. It’s letting go of the version of you that only knew how to survive—and learning how to live.
Being born again means seeing the world with fresh eyes. It’s laughing without guilt, resting without apology, loving without losing yourself. It’s saying, “That was the end of something, not the end of me.”
It takes time. It’s messy. It hurts before it frees you. But when the dust settles, you’ll see: you didn’t start over from nothing. You started over from experience.
And that’s powerful.
